We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide remote administrative and technical support to project managers within the UK Field Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting the deployment of engineering solutions for a blue chip company located in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Technical Project Support
- Gather updates from project managers and maintain overall project schedules for UK/IE projects.
- Manage site contractor pre-work documentation (Avetta, permit to work, vendor day passes) and add visitors to sites.
- Create country-specific guidelines and FAQs for Avetta, background checks, and vendor day passes; conduct vendor training sessions and maintain revisions.
- Weekly budget updates and maintenance of the UK/IE budget file.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and new purchase orders.
- Transfer project documentation from vendor storage to internal file storage systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven track record as a Project Manager for medium-complexity projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
