An exciting opportunity has opened with a rapidly growing, global life sciences organisation specialising in antibodies and research tools used across academia, biotech, and pharma. Following a recent acquisition by a major global group, the business is seeing significant investment, increased project volume, and strong long-term growth, creating excellent opportunities for development and progression. You’ll be working in state-of-the-art laboratory facilities within a highly collaborative scientific environment.
We’re looking for Associate Scientists to join a Validation team responsible for testing newly generated antibodies before release. This is a hands-on laboratory role, ideal for candidates who enjoy being at the bench and taking ownership of scientific projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple antibody validation projects simultaneously
- Design experimental strategies to test new antibodies
- Perform flow cytometry assays (including panel design and optimisation)
- Carry out microscopy and imaging experiments
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets
- Produce and present data to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to improving lab processes and workflows
This is a high-throughput, project-driven environment, with a constant pipeline of new antibodies to validate.

- Experience with microscopy / imaging techniques
- Ability to design experiments independently
- Antibody validation or development experience
- Conjugation workflows
