This role will support front‑of‑house operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming, professional environment, supervised by the People Operations Manager. The position is based at the Head Office.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception service
  • Manage calls, enquiries and the switchboard efficiently and professionally
  • Issue and maintain staff and visitor ID badges and access fobs, ensuring accurate records
  • Support room bookings, meeting coordination and general office enquiries
  • Provide administrative support including email, data entry, filing and diary management
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of meetings, events and workshops
  • Manage deliveries, stationery supplies and reception‑related processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised reception area
  • Handle complaints and challenging situations professionally, escalating where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, health
