We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team for a one-year contract starting in March 2026. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll use your strong design, typographic and visualisation skills to help deliver ACT's marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, and produce engaging design solutions across a wide range of print and digital platforms.

You will lead on the design of materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, exhibition stands, presentations and staff/learner resources, while mentoring and supporting our Content & Design Assistant. You will also contribute to developing and maintaining ACT's digital presence, including our website, intranet and other online platforms.

  • Produce creative and high-quality design work that promotes ACT's brand and supports our marketing strategy.
  • Deliver design solutions across print and digital platforms using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Present design concepts to the Head of Marketing & Communications for approval.
  • Mentor and support the Content & Design Assistant.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all staff and learner resources are on brand.
  • Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Contribute ideas and creativity to team brainstorming sessions.
  • Uphold ACT's brand identity and ensure a consistent visual style across all materials.
  • Support the wider marketing team in delivering strategic goals.
  • Adhere to GDPR, environmental and sustainability practices.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with at least three years' experience and a strong portfolio to grow their skills within a friendly, professional and values-driven environment. This role is Hybrid with a 3/2 split (3 office days and 2 homeworking).
