About the role
Ready to make an impact or looking for a meaningful career change? We are currently seeking a Qualified Teacher of English to deliver GCSE course content for 16-19 year-olds across the EFI Group. You will design engaging lesson plans, deliver quality English education, and develop curriculum content to support students' learning and progression. You will monitor attendance and implement strategies to maximise student participation. At the end of the year, students resit their English GCSE in a summer examination as part of their commitment to pursue their chosen course at the EFI.
It is essential that you have a comprehensive understanding of GCSE English curricula and examination processes, with considerable teaching experience in English. QTS and classroom teaching experience are preferred.

- Qualifications: Teaching qualification
- Experience: Strong teaching experience in English in an educational setting (ideally Post-16)
- Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of GCSE English curricula and examination processes
- Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to a career in teaching
