Starting Salary: Grade 5, £27,430 rising to £30,722 per annum (Unqualified Assessor - £26,430pa)
Are you passionate about helping others learn and grow? We are looking for a dedicated individual to deliver and coordinate engaging training sessions, workshops, and blended learning activities for learners on the Health & Social Care route. You will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their full potential while ensuring compliance with the Welsh Government, awarding bodies, Estyn’s Common Inspection Framework, and ACT’s own standards.
What we need from you:
- At least 2 years occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Min. Level 3 occupational qualification or equivalent (in Health & Social Care)
- A Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Passionate about training/learning with strong creativity
- Ability to develop others
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Assessor qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Willingness to gain an assessor qualification if not already qualified
