We are looking for a passionate and motivated Training Advisor - Project Management who demonstrates genuine respect for every learner, communicates with openness and integrity, and enjoys supporting individuals to achieve their career ambitions. You will inspire and empower learners to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence while maintaining clarity in planning, communication and delivery.

As a Training Advisor, you will deliver high-quality training, assessment and coaching to learners undertaking Project Management Apprenticeships, supporting them to successfully achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers. Working closely with employers and learners, you will provide personalised support through workplace visits, virtual delivery and one-to-one coaching, ensuring every learner receives an engaging and positive learning experience.

You’ll take a learner-centred approach, planning and delivering high-quality learning, reviewing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum resources to ensure learning remains engaging, relevant and aligned with industry requirements. This is a field-based role covering South Wales, reporting to the Route Manager within the Professional Services Delivery Team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate Innovation & Creativity, communicate with Clarity, motivate and empower learners to succeed, and consistently model ACT's Behaviour Framework in all aspects of their work.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high-quality Project Management Apprenticeship training, assessment and coaching
  • Support learners through workplace visits, virtual sessions and one-to-one reviews
  • Develop and review Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and monitor learner progress
  • Build strong relationships with employers to support learner achievement
  • Assess learner competence and provide timely, constructive feedback
  • Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate learner records
  • Review and develop learning resources to support engaging, high-quality delivery
