Workload split: Workshop Delivery (3 days per week) and Caseload Management (2 days per week). The role fits within the Digital Services Team reporting to the Route Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Workshop Delivery (3 days per week): Deliver dynamic workshops across Digital Services; Create inclusive learning environments; Embed Prevent, safeguarding, E&D, wellbeing.
- Caseload Management (2 days per week): Assess learners against qualification standards; Mark, provide feedback, maintain individual learning plans; Conduct reviews, support ALN needs.
- Curriculum Design: Create and refresh workshop materials; Collaborate on programme design.
- Quality, Compliance & Learner Journey: Meet Welsh Government, Estyn and awarding‑body standards; Record learner progress accurately; Complete WEST, scorecards, induction activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience delivering training or coaching with strong coaching and mentoring abilities;
- Strong digital capability;
- Track record of learner outcomes;
- Excellent organisation in fast-paced environments;
- Curriculum design experience;
- Real-world digital/IT/admin experience.
- Safeguarding, ALN, E&D and wellbeing knowledge;
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship delivery structures;
- Assessor qualification (or willingness to complete);
- Teaching/Coaching/training qualification or equivalent;
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
