ACT Schools in Cardiff is seeking an Academic Intervention Worker to develop and deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and wider learning interventions for learners aged 11–16. You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, YLMs and the ALN team to support progress, confidence and engagement in a safe, inclusive environment.
You will maintain learner records, mentor students and report safeguarding concerns, contributing to a positive learning culture at ACT Schools.
