Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator role plays a key part in supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching products and materials, and invoicing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives and checks goods using barcode scanning systems, ensuring accurate recording of stock movements, including new products and spare parts from freight companies.
- Processes and checks in customer repairs.
- Picks and dispatches goods from the warehouse, arranging deliveries for both new stock and repaired items.
- Conducts quarterly physical stock checks, compares results with computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Maintains an organised warehouse environment, ensuring items are stored correctly for easy access by the wider team.
- Adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working space.
- Completes administrative tasks, including invoicing and ensuring all systems are updated with accurate information.
- Transport goods within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pump trucks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading activities.
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software and systems.
- Familiarity with shipping, handling methods and logistics processes.
- Strong commitment to high standards and operational excellence.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Good maths skills for stock control, inventory, invoicing, and measurement tasks.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Forklift licence required or ability to obtain forklift licence—Reach truck (desired but not essential).
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand.
- Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
- Occasionally works around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.
- Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Forklift, box truck, powered and manual wire wrapping machines, cut/strip machine.
- You must be able to safely lift items weighing 25kg.
