We are looking for a Functional QA Engineer with solid experience in software quality assurance and testing activities across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements and review solution designs.
  • Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases (functional and non-functional).
  • Perform manual testing and support test automation initiatives.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, specifications, and test results.
  • Execute UAT phases (Alpha, Beta, User Acceptance Testing).
  • Report, document, and follow up on defects and issues.
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to improve testing processes and quality standards.
  • Contribute to CI/CD aligned testing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and ISTQB best practices.
  • Experience creating and executing test plans and test scripts.
  • Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • ISTQB Certification.
  • Knowledge of BPMN standards.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
