A missão do Especialista de ProdOps será garantir que a área de tecnologia da cadeia de suprimentos trabalhe de forma integrada, eficiente e alinhada à estratégia do negócio. Você vai conectar produto, engenharia e áreas de negócio, aplicando as melhores práticas de descoberta, entrega e medição de resultados. Será responsável por manter a governança, otimizar processos, acompanhar métricas de performance e garantir que cada produto entregue gere valor real e mensurável. Requisitos
- Experiência em Operações de Produto, Agile Coaching, PMO ou Gestão de Produto
- Conhecimento do ciclo de vida completo de produto (estratégia, descoberta, entrega e sucesso)
- Familiaridade com frameworks ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) e metodologias de descoberta
- Experiência com métricas de desempenho de produto e engenharia
- Proficiência em Azure DevOps, Power BI e ferramentas de análise
- Inglês fluente/nível C1
