The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are seeking an Employment Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the close-knit team of a respected and established Stockport law firm. You will support a respondent-focused caseload across both contentious and non-contentious matters, working with a strong portfolio of employer clients and gaining exposure to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Employment Tribunal matters (ET3s, Early Case Assessments, witness statements, hearings)
- Liaise with clients and Tribunals
- Prepare bundles and manage case documents
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
- Attend hearings and provide support to fee earners
- Ensure compliance with Lexcel and SRA standards
About You:
- Minimum 12 months’ employment law experience
- Strong technical knowledge and interest in employment/HR
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
