We are helping a professional accountancy practice in Bolton to fill an important administrative vacancy. The role will be full-time 9.30am to 5pm (mon-Fri) with thirty minutes for lunch, 35 hours per week. Job Description/Person Spec (not an exhaustive list) * Telephone, secretarial and PA duties * Building and maintaining client relationships * Welcoming and assisting new clients * Due diligence processes and maintenance of AML compliance * Professional e-mails, sending out Accounts/Tax Return letters, etc * Organisation of director's diary, booking meetings * Software implementation for office where required * Attend networking events in Greater Manchester * Manage and attend company Expo's in the NW three/four times per year Full training will be given. We are looking for someone with personality, professionalism and motivation. Experience in a professional office environment would benefit and you should have good software/IT skills Twenty days holiday plus Bank Hols and statutory auto-enrolment pension
