Credit Hire Litigator

We are looking for an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to run a mixed caseload (pre-issue, fast-track and intermediate-track). Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated credit hire files
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel
• Prepare cases for hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements and manage costs recovery
• Liaise with clients, 3rd parties, experts and counsel
• Meet billing targets and maintain high levels of compliance

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in handling litigated credit hire claims
• Strong knowledge of credit hire case law
• Confident managing a bust caseload
• Proactive and solutions-driven approach
