As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring services are delivered with professionalism, consistency, and care. Working closely with the Chief Executive, you will oversee day-to-day operations across housing management, compliance, contractor performance, and service quality—while leading a team of both paid and voluntary staff. You’ll be trusted to make sound decisions, maintain strong governance, and ensure residents receive a high-quality, dignified service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead housing operations and tenancy management
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, contractor performance, and void turnaround
- Ensure regulatory compliance, robust record keeping, and audit readiness
- Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership and Board
- Manage complaints, tenant engagement, and service standards
- Handle safeguarding matters and serious incidents appropriately
- Deputise for the Chief Executive when required
About You:
- Confident decision-maker who remains composed under pressure
- Strong knowledge of housing management and property compliance
