Missions principales :
- Mettre en œuvre dans le respect du Projet Personnalisé d’Accompagnement et de Vie de l’adulte accueilli, des actions d’accompagnement bienveillantes et respectueuses des besoins et attentes de l’adulte concerné.
- Veiller au bien‑être et aux soins des adultes dans une dimension d’hébergement collectif, assurer un accueil de qualité.
- Accompagner les adultes dans les actes de la vie quotidienne de manière adaptée à leurs capacités, leurs besoins et leurs attentes.
- Veiller à la sécurité et à la protection des personnes accueillies.
- Participer au processus d’aide à la prise de médicament des résidents.
- Favoriser l’autonomie des adultes accueillis au‑travers d’actions individuelles et collectives.
- Adapter les modes de communication.
- Aider au maintien et au développement des liens familiaux et sociaux.
- Offrir des conditions d’accueil ouvertes sur la cité et sur l’environnement, respectueuses de la citoyenneté des adultes accueillis.
- Travailler en équipe pluriprofessionnelle.
- Rendre compte de ses actions auprès des cadres hiérarchiques.
