Missions principales
- Mettre en œuvre dans le respect du Projet Personnalisé d’Accompagnement et de Vie de l’adulte accueilli, des actions d’accompagnement bienveillantes et respectueuses des besoins et attentes de l’adulte concerné.
- Veiller au bien-être et aux soins des adultes dans une dimension d’hébergement collectif, assurer un accueil de qualité.
- Accompagner les adultes dans les actes de la vie quotidienne de manière adaptée à leurs capacités, leurs besoins et leurs attentes.
- Veiller à la sécurité et à la protection des personnes accueillies.
- Participer au processus d’aide à la prise de médicament des résidents.
- Favoriser l’autonomie des adultes accueillis au-travers d’actions individuelles et collectives.
- Adapter les modes de communication.
- Aider au maintien et au développement des liens familiaux et sociaux.
- Offrir des conditions d’accueil ouvertes sur la cité et sur l’environnement, respectueuses de la citoyenneté des adultes accueillis.
- Travailler en équipe pluriprofessionnelle.
- Rendre compte de ses actions auprès des cadres hiérarchiques.
Capacités requises
- Avoir des capacités d’écoute bienveillante.
- Être en capacité d’adapter des outils de communication.
- Être respectueux de la place des adultes et de leurs attentes.
- Détenir des capacités d’animation par des supports adaptés.
- Être en veille sur l’environnement de l’adulte et de l’établissement pour proposer des activités adaptées ouvrant sur la citoyenneté.
- S’intégrer et travailler au sein d’une équipe.
- Savoir inscrire son action dans un travail de partenariat.
- Savoir rendre compte de son action y compris en utilisant des outils numériques.
- Savoir observer les situations et les signes révélateurs d’un problème, notamment de santé, et savoir transmettre les informations avec pertinence.
- Pouvoir mesurer le degré de gravité d’un événement pour y répondre avec maîtrise de soi et de manière adaptée.
- Respecter et appliquer les règles de sécurité et les procédures existantes.
- Inscrire son action dans la Démarche d’Amélioration Continue (DACQ) de l’Établissement.
Exigences – souhaits complémentaires
- Formations complémentaires appréciées.
- Permis de conduire (B) indispensable.
- Certificat d’aptitude aux fonctions d’AES ou Aide-Soignant.
- Expérience similaire appréciée.
Contexte de l’emploi
- Poste à pourvoir à partir du 11 mai 2026.
- Contrat à durée indéterminée à temps partiel (0,75ETP).
- Poste pouvant faire l’objet d’une mobilité associative.
- Poste pouvant faire l’objet d’aménagement pour personne reconnue travailleur handicapé.
