Missions principales
- Assurer une mission de coordination des activités et des projets éducatifs auprès de l’équipe encadrante en lien avec le responsable de service
- Organiser et assurer le suivi de l’accueil temporaire
- Assurer le suivi de liste d’attente
- Faire le lien autour des projets avec le responsable de service
- Faire le lien entre l’établissement, les tuteurs et les familles
- Contribuer à l’inscription des adultes en séjours adaptés
- Être en veille des manifestations culturelles et sportives, des appels à projet
- Rechercher de nouveaux partenariats dans une visée inclusive
- Prendre contact avec des établissements dans le cadre du projet de parcours des adultes
- Établir le calendrier des Projets Personnalisés d’Accompagnement
- Participer à la rédaction, à l’élaboration, à la contractualisation des PPA
- Contribuer au suivi de l’activité de l’établissement
- Veiller à la validité des documents administratifs
- Rédiger des écrits professionnels (bilans d’évolution, courriers divers)

- Aisance relationnelle avec les adultes, l’équipe, les partenaires
- Capacités rédactionnelles
- Esprit d’initiative et réactivité
- Souci du partage, à bon escient, d’informations afin de faciliter l’accompagnement des adultes et le fonctionnement de l’établissement.
- Connaissance de l’outil informatique: mail, word, excel
