Missions principales
- Veiller à la sécurité et à la protection des personnes en situation de handicap accueillies dans l’établissement dans le respect des procédures en vigueur.
- Veiller à la sécurité des biens.
- Effectuer des rondes régulières.
- Intervenir lors d’un dysfonctionnement ou d’un incident.
- Alerter les secours et/ou le cadre d’astreinte en cas de nécessité.
- S’assurer du bien-être des personnes accueillies et réaliser auprès de ces dernières, les interventions nécessaires à leur hygiène et à leur confort : toilettes, accompagnements.
- Transmettre et prendre en compte les informations pertinentes de et vers l’équipe d’accompagnement via le logiciel prévu à cet effet et lors des transmissions orales.
- Inscrire son action en référence au processus d’amélioration continue mis en œuvre à la MAS et au DAHAD.
Capacités requises
- Savoir observer les situations et les signes révélateurs d’un problème, notamment de santé, pour prévenir les incidents et/ou transmettre les informations avec pertinence.
- Être capable de mesurer le degré de gravité d’un événement pour y répondre de manière adaptée.
- Réagir à l’événement avec maîtrise de soi.
- Savoir alerter à bon escient. Respecter et appliquer les règles de sécurité et les procédures existantes.
- Savoir collaborer et coordonner son action au sein d’un binôme de surveillants de nuit et d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

- Expérience similaire souhaitée.
- Aisance avec l’outil informatique.
- Diplôme de niveau 3. CQP de surveillant de nuit apprécié.
