The Role:
Due to unprecedented growth, we are looking for 3 experienced gas engineers to work across a range of our clients carrying out planned, reactive maintenance and repair tasks on commercial plant and gas equipment.

Duties:

  1. You will be responsible for delivering services, repairs, and maintenance throughout various commercial properties.
  2. Reactive maintenance throughout clients’ portfolio of properties.
  3. Self-delivery of smaller installations.
  4. Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
  5. Diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment.
  6. Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
  7. Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
  8. Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a commercial gas engineer.
Experience in maintenance, testing & fault finding in a variety of plant equipment such as gas appliances, gas boilers, heating plants, pumps, and ventilation, as well as a sound knowledge of mechanical systems.
The successful candidate will hold the relevant commercial gas qualifications as below as a minimum:

  1. COCN1
  2. CCN1
  3. TPCP1
  4. TPCP1A
  5. CODNCO1

Additional requirements include a full, clean driving license, DBS and vetting checks, and electrical or air conditioning qualifications (17th/18th Edition, Fgas) are desirable.

As an ACS Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on gas appliances, reactive & emergency tasks on gas appliances, and commercial HVAC maintenance. You will be able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair general HVAC & plant faults and ensure all tasks are completed on time with accurate work-related reporting.
