ACS Staffing Solutions is supporting a well-established legal team with the appointment of a Law Graduate Paralegal to join their Children & Families Public Law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate with a genuine interest in care work who is looking to develop their legal career within a supportive and specialist environment.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced fee earners, supporting a range of care and public law matters, while gaining valuable hands-on experience and client exposure.
- Supporting fee earners with care proceedings and public law matters
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and case files
- Assisting with case preparation and legal research
- Working directly with clients and providing professional support throughout their matters
- Liaising with courts, counsel and other professionals where required
- Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Law degree or relevant legal qualification
- Genuine interest in Children & Families Public Law and care work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confident and professional when dealing directly with clients
- Compassionate and understanding, with an interest in supporting vulnerable children and families
- Previous legal experience is desirable, but law graduates with the right attitude and genuine interest will be considered
