Starting on 1st August Β£16.82 per hour Shifts Available: Saturday β Tuesday 7am-6pm Tuesday β Friday 6pm-5am Saturday β Tuesday 6pm-5am Weβre excited to be recruiting for warehouse team leaders in Milton Keynes, this role is based in a high-volume, modern warehouse facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives. Set daily priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor team KPIs. Support training, onboarding, and development of new starters. Drive productivity, quality, and team cohesion on the floor. Oversee picking, packing, returns, and outbound workflows. Ensure efficient use of WMS/barcoding systems and scanning processes. Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary. Contribute to process improvements and lean working practices. Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory integrity. Flag and investigate discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy. Promote correct storage, handling, and damage minimisation. Ensure H&S policies are followed, and PPE is used appropriately. Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly. Promote a safety-first culture across the shift. Maintain clear communication with team, peers, and supervisors. Provide performance updates and participate in handovers. Relay operational concerns to management effectively. The candidate Experience in a Team Leader or Senior Operative role Strong background in eCommerce or B2C fulfilment operations Confident with WMS systems, scanners, and warehouse tech Proactive leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate.
