Trainee Legal Secretary – Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Location: Either Leicester or Northampton Salary: £DOE Hours: Full time and office based Here at ACS we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Secretary to join our clients Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team based in either Northampton or Leicester. This friendly team is looking for someone who is keen to learn excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way whilst being taught the job as you go. Some of your duties will include Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence Audio typing and some file management Typing of documents and track amendments Scanning, paginating and photocopying File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters Providing general administration support to the team A little about you Excellent written and oral communication skills A good eye for detail Good organisation and time management abilities Excellent team player Great typing skills Motivated with a strong commitment to learning An interest in gaining strong secretarial skills
