Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to lawyers specialising in Family, Employment and Litigation. This is a key support role within a busy legal team, requiring strong organisation, accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Typing and drafting legal documents, including:
- Contracts and agreements
- Court forms
- Witness statements
- Court bundles
- Audio typing (essential)
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Filing
- File opening and closing
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within family, employment or litigation.
- Strong audio typing skills are essential.
