Sorting Operative Northampton – Lodge Farm area Monday to Thursday Night shift – 7pm to 7am Pay rate – £11.80 – £12.89 per hour Fully training is provided however please be aware that first 3 weeks of training will be on the day shift from 7am to 7pm. ACS Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a number of experienced General Operatives to join our client who is a pioneering force in sustainable practices within the recycling sector in the Northampton area. This is very exciting opportunity for someone looking for regular full-time work. You will be working within a warehouse environment sorting and segregating material pieces. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a positive impact on our planet. Your Responsibilities as a Sorting Operative: Sorting and processing materials to breathe new life into them through recycling. Removing materials, ensuring the highest quality of recycled products and minimising waste. Support the production operation of the process line and machinery parts dedicated to eco-friendly practices. Moving stock with purpose and precision within our recycling warehouse. Embracing general warehouse duties with a focus on maintaining an environmentally friendly and sustainable workspace. Sorting Operative requirements: Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in our recycling processes, Good organisation skills, Previous experience in a recycling-oriented role is a benefit, Good level of written and verbal English.
