Our client is currently looking for the successful candidate to join their Service and Parts team. You will work alongside a dedicated team responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with replacement parts, and offering expert guidance on equipment operation, maintenance, and repairs. This position is primarily focused on providing maintenance and repair assistance both remotely and on-site, when needed, to dealers and end users. Additionally, you will handle warranty administration across multiple markets and assist the production team with new equipment inspections and demo fleet maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage customer and dealer inquiries regarding aftersales services
- Provide leading support for service and parts to customers and dealers
- Administer warranty processes across various markets
- Collaborate closely with other teams to maintain a customer-first approach
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have 5 years of experience working in a service environment with mechanical and electrical systems
- Be experienced with both workshop and on-site machine repairs
- Possess hands-on knowledge of Microsoft IT applications
- Be comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to create accurate job reports
- Be willing to travel and work overnight when necessary
- Support trade and dealer events as needed
