We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our family-run children’s homes in Nuneaton. You will lead shifts, support a small team, and help provide therapeutic care for children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support Residential Support Workers
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Support daily routines, activities, and appointments
- Safeguard children and maintain accurate records
- Support care planning and manage challenging behaviour using therapeutic approaches
Requirements
- Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years experience in children’s residential care
- Experience supporting children with ASC, mental health, or emotional and behavioural needs
- Full UK driving licence
