What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date within our CRM system.
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and confidence.
- Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and keeping schedules organised.
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general business administration.
- Handling confidential information with care and attention.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure everything runs efficiently.
