- Ensure the home is well prepared for Ofsted inspection and maintains high standards of practice.
- Create a positive culture where staff are supported, accountable and committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.

We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who understands that children's residential care is about relationships, consistency and trust.
You will ideally have:
- At least 2 years' relevant residential childcare experience within the last 5 years.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing care staff.
- Experience managing safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong knowledge of children's residential care and the Quality Standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Homes at the beginning of our journey and play a key role in building from the ground up.
You will have the opportunity to shape the culture, develop the team and establish a home where children feel safe, valued, heard and supported to thrive.
