The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded conveyancing firm with offices in Northampton and Bedford. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within residential conveyancing. You will gain exposure to the full conveyancing process while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to supporting your development and progression.

The role is ideally suited to candidates with 6 - 12 months administration experience, particularly within a legal or property environment. However, applications are also welcomed from Law graduates who are eager to begin their career in conveyancing and are looking for a firm that will invest in their future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Conveyancing team throughout the transaction process.
  • Opening new client files and preparing associated documentation.
  • Uploading and maintaining documents on the firm’s case management system.
  • Allocating incoming post and correspondence to the relevant departments.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties, including filing.
