Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton
Day shift: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 07:30-17:30 and Thursday 07:30-17:00 £13.00 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £19.50ph
Night shift: 36 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 18:00-06:30 £15.60 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £23.40ph
Our well-established global client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and are looking for committed individuals to join them.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing/Assembling and will understand and be committed to following existing processes within a high performing team. If you have a production background that involved following processes, then these would be excellent transferable skills.
For those candidates that demonstrate the appropriate attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to be offered a full-time position with the company, although this is not guaranteed.
Manufacturing Operative Key Areas of Responsibility:- Assembling cables
- Snipping and crimping cable ends ready for client requirements
- Labelling cables
- Sorting cables into appropriate client locations
- Quality testing
- Box preparation
- Picking small items ready for manufacturing
