The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient business processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:- Support the Operations Manager in the successful delivery of agreed KPIs, ensuring that the team is achieving operational performance target and seeking to address poor performance in a proactive, structured manner.
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
Identify any potential operational bottlenecks, on a daily basis, by understanding and evaluating the performance of your team by coordinating with team members to optimise workflow and productivity within the warehouse.
