Our Kettering-based client is seeking a proactive and adaptable Team Leader to join their growing operations team. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will manage projects and teams across multiple sites, ensuring operations run smoothly. The role combines office-based coordination with hands-on support on the ground. While prior experience is helpful, the key qualities we\’re looking for are a positive attitude, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Manage projects and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee daily activities of staff and contractors, ensuring efficient operations. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
