A well-established legal firm in Northampton is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to their team. The Role
The successful candidate will have experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with experience across areas such as:
- Sales and purchases
- New build
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Land transactions
- Post-completion AML and associated conveyancing processes
There is also an opportunity to support and mentor more junior members of the team, making this a great role for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and taking on additional responsibility.
About You

- At least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
