We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Towcester, who are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid Private Client experience who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment. You will play a key role in supporting the department, managing client interactions and progressing a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills, including more complex cases involving property trusts and multiple beneficiaries
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Assisting with Estate Administration matters from instruction through to completion
- Supporting the preparation of Estate Accounts
- Managing day-to-day file administration and ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Liaising with clients, providing a professional and empathetic service
- Supporting fee earners and the Head of Department with casework and administration
- Contributing to marketing initiatives where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a Private Client Paralegal role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, reliable and able to hit the ground running
Desirable
- Experience supporting complex estates or high-value matters
- Previous exposure to a busy, client-focused legal environment
