You’ll be the driving force behind the site's maintenance and engineering operation, including: Leading, developing and motivating the engineering team Managing PPM, reactive maintenance and breakdowns Reducing downtime and improving machinery reliability Managing engineering budgets Managing contractors and site engineering standards Ensuring plant and machinery are safe, compliant and audit-ready Working closely with Production to keep everything moving Driving continuous improvement across the site Getting hands-on when the situation calls for itWho are we looking for?
