We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and friendly team based at Lodge Farm. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles and moving stock around the warehouse
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Valid Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rota basis (any 5 out of 7 days)
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.20
- Ongoing, long-term work with potential for permanent opportunities
