The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant (Administrator) to join a busy and growing Commercial Property team within a professional services organisation based in Milton Keynes.
The role would suit an organised, proactive administrator with an interest in property and legal services. Ideally, you will have previous experience within commercial property as a Legal Assistant, or have a background in residential property/conveyancing and be looking to develop your experience within a commercial environment.
You will play an important role in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within commercial property, residential property or conveyancing
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator, Property Administrator or similar
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, reliable and approachable attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
