Legal Receptionist | Milton Keynes I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a well-established national law firm based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, personable and professional individual who enjoys speaking with people and delivering excellent customer service. Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £23,132.20 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm - 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch Contract: Permanent, full-time What will you be doing? Handling a high volume of incoming telephone calls and new client enquiries. Recording information accurately and updating internal systems and spreadsheets. Directing enquiries to the appropriate office or member of the legal team. Carrying out initial conflict checks and maintaining confidential records. Welcoming clients and visitors and providing a professional first impression.What are we looking for? Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service. A confident and professional telephone manner. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A friendly, empathetic and approachable personality. The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Experience within a legal environment would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
