ACS Staffing Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Installation / Service Manager on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational manager with strong people management and project coordination experience to join a growing and fast-paced business.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the management of installation, service and maintenance operations, overseeing a small team alongside subcontractors across the UK. This role would suit an organised and commercially aware individual who is comfortable balancing operational delivery, customer management and team leadership. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to support the growth of profitable service, maintenance and installation operations
- Work closely with the sales function to help drive service and maintenance contract opportunities
- Build and manage a UK-wide subcontractor network to support installations and service contracts
- Take full ownership of projects from receipt of order through to client sign-off
- Manage and support a team of engineers and subcontractors
- Lead and support onsite installation activities where required
