In this Delivery Station Supervisor position, you will be working in a high-volume e-commerce environment. Your role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, and safe delivery of packages from the station to the final destination.
Duties
- Oversee driver and depot operations
- Lead the team, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
- Allocate resources based on volume and real-time data
- Maintain KPIs (on-time dispatch, accuracy, error rates)
- Support onboarding and performance management
- Deliver daily briefings
- Ensure safety and operational compliance
- Produce shift reports and elevate risks
Your Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics lead role
