You’ll have the opportunity to review how the operation currently works, identify efficiencies and implement improvements that have a genuine commercial impact.

Previous experience within logistics, transport, distribution or fleet management is required. Experience planning deliveries and optimising routes and vehicle utilisation is essential. A good understanding of vehicle compliance and logistics-related health & safety is necessary. Strong commercial awareness with experience controlling or reducing transport costs is important. Confidence analysing operational performance and KPIs is expected. A customer-focused approach to logistics and delivery is crucial.
This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to take real ownership of the logistics function. It is a varied role combining people management, transport planning, fleet management and commercial responsibility. Experience managing logistics across multiple locations would be particularly advantageous, but we’re equally interested in candidates who are ready to step up and take broader ownership of an operation.
