Salary: Up to 35,000 per year + Company Car

Location: Northampton (Field-Based 2 days per week and 3 days in office)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working in a dynamic field-based environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing customer accounts across various sectors. This position is ideal for someone who is confident delivering face-to-face product demonstrations, negotiating commercial agreements, and providing outstanding customer service while representing a premium product range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, delivering engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales to achieve agreed targets.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and consultative sales support throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
