Warehouse Manager Milton Keynes Salary up to £50k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation based in Milton Keynes.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys driving operational improvements, implementing new processes, and helping shape the future of a warehouse operation.

This position would suit a commercially minded manager with strong strategic thinking and the ability to lead change within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high service standards.

Develop and implement strategic operational improvements.

Review, negotiate, and renegotiate supplier and service contracts where required.

Support the development of new warehouse processes and operational best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Manage and develop warehouse teams, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

About You

We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate

Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar senior operations role.

Experience implementing strategic operational improvements.

Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Proven experience negotiating and managing contracts.

A track record of helping establish, develop, or improve warehouse operations or start-up environments.

Strong IT and computer literacy.

An IT background would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours

During the initial onboarding and training period (approximately the first three months), you will need to be flexible and work 12-hour shifts while gaining a full understanding of the operation and supporting the transition into the role.

Once established, the position will move to an 8-hour shift pattern.

What's on Offer Salary of £35,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
