Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant to play a vital role in keeping their commercial teams running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on position supporting Sales, Marketing and Estimating functions, ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, communicating with customers, and taking pride in accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be a key point of contact for enquiries and a trusted support to multiple teams across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Support
- Act as a first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquiries, ensuring they’re handled professionally and efficiently.
- Gather accurate information from customers and log enquiries onto internal systems.
- Support the sales team with project-related calls and administrative follow-up.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
- Marketing Support
- Assist with web order queries, contacting customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Send out product data sheets, CAD drawings, samples and brochures promptly.
- Support outgoing post and customer communications.
- Estimating Support
- Register and manage new project enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update project information and quotation records.
- Monitor shared inboxes, responding promptly or distributing enquiries to the correct teams.
- Assist with quotation preparation, price updates and amendments.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
