Working with major UK fleet partners and tens of thousands of private customers, the company focuses on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee wellbeing. They are looking for a Mobile Mechanic to join them on a permanent basis where you will provide high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance services to both private and business clients across Reading, Woking, and Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out diagnostic maintenance and repair work on a variety of vehicles including conventional and hybrid models.
- Travel daily to pre-booked customer locations to deliver mobile mechanic services.
- Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively and maintain a professional detail-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience as a mechanic (garage or mobile environment).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a mobile mechanic essential.
- Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A valid UK licence and willingness to do daily travel to sites.
- Comfortable working outdoors on forecourts.
