About the Role:
As the sole HR presence, you’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle and be the trusted advisor to leadership on all HR matters. From employee relations to talent development and compliance, your role will be diverse, autonomous, and highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR systems, records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Provide expert advice on ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Identify training needs and manage professional development initiatives.
- Ensure policy compliance and alignment with UK employment law.
- Deliver insightful HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.

About you:
