Our client is currently seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead their commercial growth strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take ownership of the sales function within a growing and ambitious business.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for designing and executing the company’s sales strategy, managing high-value client relationships, and leading a small, dedicated sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, securing major contracts, and delivering revenue growth in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan across target sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maximise revenue growth within key accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Lead and develop the internal sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Prepare tenders, bids, and manage negotiations for large-scale contracts
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership
- Extensive experience in sales leadership
- Demonstrable success in winning contracts and growing revenue
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- Knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycles, and tendering
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Background in quantity surveying, estimating, or project management (desirable)
