Role: VNA Driver
Location: Bedford
Contract: Ongoing – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Weekends: No weekend working
Pay Rates & Shifts:
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:30 – £17.00 per hour
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 23:00 – 07:30 – £17.50 per hour
Licensing & Training:
Internal and external VNA licences accepted, with previous VNA experience also considered. Refresher training is available where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating VNA trucks safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment
- Picking stock accurately and efficiently
- Putting away and locating stock within designated warehouse areas
- Moving stock safely throughout the operation
- Following all site-specific health & safety procedures
- Adhering to warehouse processes and operating procedures
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
- Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:
- A VNA licence or previous VNA experience – essential
- Previous experience operating a VNA truck
- Internal or external VNA licences accepted

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete refresher training if required
